Our own factory was set up in Tangxia City of Dongguan since 1997 which is the area of 1.3 million square meters. Among 300 employees, around 70 of which are in Engineer and managerial position.

From the selection of raw material, quality control over the production process, delivery and installation of finished products, each and every step is taken in compliance with the strictest quality standards.

The production department is the powerhouse of the company, which takes the most important role in supporting the company business. The production department comprises four divisions: the Pre-production, Mould division, Woodworking Division and the Auxiliary factory.

The Pre-production comprises by several steps such as: shearing, punching, forming, welding, polishing, assembling.

Mould division - responsible for parts that are need in vast amount and precise and delicate parts. This division is equipped with press machines of various sizes

After all the assembling work is finished, the parts will be sent to the Auxiliary factory for surface processing, final testing and packaging for delivery. When requested, we can also provide silk -screening service to our customers.

In order to ensure that our products comply with ISO 9000 - 2000 standards, we have equipped ourselves with many different instruments for testing and quality control.
